Our Story
Money Property Inc. was officially incorporated in 2018 as a women-owned, family run real estate and property management company.
Our company founder, Mayra Swanson spent 19 years working for the original owner, fine-tuning her skills and learning the nuances of serving California HOAs. Today, the company manages commercial and residential rental properties and provides managerial support to HOAs and community associations, along with helping buyers and sellers negotiate real estate contracts.
Mayra, a Chula Vista native, has always been an active volunteer with non-profits and community support agencies. She graduated from Chula Vista High School and went on to get degrees from South Western College and San Diego State University. She continues to work with local schools and other agencies as a way to give back to the community that provided so much to her during her formative years.
The company provides one-on-one, personalized services to local buyers, sellers, commercial investors and others who need help negotiating California real estate transactions.
